Technical advisor (Dorval)

International Rive-Nord, a heavy truck dealership in business for over 70 years, is currently looking for a technical advisor on the evening shift to complete its team in Dorval. Do you have experience in customer service and good communication skills? Don’t hesitate to apply!

Responsibilities:

– Determine customer needs (by email, telephone or in person)

– Make a cost estimate for the necessary work

– Follow up on work with mechanics in the workshop

– Inform customers about the progress of the work, deadlines and/or additional costs

– Provide explanations related to repairs and maintenance services – Inform customers about accessories and/or additional maintenance

– If necessary, perform any other necessary task related to the job.

Requirements:

– Hold a high school diploma or equivalent

– Experience in a customer service or sales position (1 year minimum)

– Concerned about putting the customer first

– Good command of the Microsoft Office suite

– Excellent communication skills

– Demonstrated ability to work without supervision

– English (desired)
