
Service advisor (Dorval)
International Rive-Nord, a heavy truck dealership in business for over 70 years, is currently seeking a Technical Advisor to join its team in Dorval. The successful candidate will play a key role in customer service by providing high-quality technical support and ensuring effective communication between clients and the internal team. RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Determine customer needs (by email, phone, or in person)
– Provide cost estimates for necessary repairs
– Follow up on repairs with mechanics in the workshop
– Inform customers about the progress of repairs, delays, and/or additional costs
– Provide explanations related to repairs and maintenance services
– Inform customers about accessories and/or additional maintenance services
– As needed, perform any other necessary tasks related to the job.
REQUIREMENTS:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Experience in a customer service or sales position (asset)
– Customer-focused approach
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
– Excellent communication skills
– Demonstrated ability to work independently
– English (preferred)
