
Parts Clerk (Gatineau)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Are you passionate about the heavy truck industry and looking to work at a dealership? We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Parts Clerk to join our dynamic team. As a Parts Clerk, you will play a vital role in our dealership’s success by ensuring the efficient management of automotive parts and accessories.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Respond to customer needs regarding parts sales (via email, phone, or in person)
– Research and locate required parts in supplier systems
– Follow up on orders and deliveries with customers
– Maintain accurate inventory (counting, organizing)
– Ensure a clean and organized work environment
– Perform any other necessary job-related tasks as required.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
– Parts sales experience (required)
– Customer-focused
– Ability to respond to urgent requests
– Good stress management skills
– Team player
– Willingness to learn
– English (preferred)
– Valid Canadian work permit required
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Work schedule: Evening shift (9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.), Monday to Friday.
