Parts Clerk (Dorval)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Parts Clerk, you will play a vital role in our dealership’s success by ensuring the efficient management of automotive parts and accessories.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Respond to customer needs regarding parts sales (via email, phone, or in person)

– Research and locate required parts in supplier systems

– Follow up on orders and deliveries with customers

– Maintain accurate inventory (counting, organizing)

– Ensure a clean and organized work environment

– Perform any other necessary job-related tasks as required.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

– Experience in parts sales (required)

– Customer-focused

– Ability to respond to urgent requests

– Good stress management skills

– Team player

– Willing to learn

– Valid Canadian work permit required

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Work schedule: 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday.

Employment type: Permanent, full-time.
